Information We Collect
We (and our vendors and service providers) collect, receive, and develop several categories of personal information about you depending on the nature of your interactions with us:
We collect contact information. Contact information typically includes your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
We collect account information. When you sign up for an account with GET Thriving, we collect account credentials such as username and password, and other enrollment information.
We collect payment information. We collect debit or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.) or other forms of payment to fulfill orders placed for our products and services.
We collect location information. We may collect your precise location when you access our Services. We also collect information about your general location, using your ZIP code and IP address.
The Site’s various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Information submitted at the time of submission will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products, services and the contents of the Site. The Company may also share such information with our business and promotional partners to further those interests.
Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings as provided below. The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.
How We Collect Information
We collect personal information directly from you. For example, we collect information if you contact us or sign up for our emails. We collect information if you make a purchase. We may also ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form to register for a seminar or participate in a sweepstakes. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, you may be required to provide personal information, such as your name, mailing address, and email address. In all cases, we will collect this information if you voluntarily submit it to use to us.
We may get personal information about you from vendors we hire to work on our behalf and from other sources. Other parties may give us information about you. These other parties might include business and marketing partners and social media platforms that give us information they have collected either directly or indirectly form you. For example, we may get information about you when you view our content on our YouTube channel. Vendors that host or maintain our websites and send promotional emails for us may also give us information. Our marketing agencies, advertising technology vendors, and analytics providers may also provide us with information.
We combine information. For example, we may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online. Or we may combine information we get from another party with information we already have. We may also aggregate your information with other consumers’ information to understand preferences and trends over time.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and administer the Services. For example, we use your personal information to create and manage user accounts and profiles, facilitate participation in our self-paced online learning platform, display customized content, and facilitate communication with other users.
We use personal information to fulfill transactions. For example, we use your personal information to process your payments, orders, and requests for courses, products, information, or features.
We use personal information to manage your account preferences, communicate with you about your account, and to continue to market products and services to you.
The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Sharing of Personal Information
We may share your personal information with instructors and/or students. Certain parts of the Services let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including to other students and instructors. While we offer private group, you should assume that all chat rooms, message boards, accountability groups, or other public forums available to participants are publicly visible to other participants, so you shouldn’t post any confidential or proprietary information through those features.
We will share personal information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we share information with vendors who send emails for us. We also share information with companies that help us manage and operate our Services and to fulfill purchases.
We also share information with other parties like advertisers and advertising networks, social media companies, and ad tech companies that assist us in marketing and advertising our Services and who may use your information to tailor and provide you with content and advertisements.
We will share your personal information with other parties as necessary or required by law. For example, we may share personal information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. This includes sharing your information with the US government. Children Age 13 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.
The Company nonetheless encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:
- Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. Includes name, address, phone, school, etc.
- Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
- Look for Website privacy policies. Know how your child’s information is treated.

Website / App Functionality: We use these cookies so that we recognize you on our website or apps and remember your previously selected preferences. These could include what language you prefer, location you are in, or volume level for video playback). A mix of first-party and third-party cookies are used.
Analytical cookies. These cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our Services work, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. Web Beacons, Pixel Tags and Other Tracking Technologies. Web beacons, pixel tags and other “tracking technologies” are small strings of code placed on a web page or in an email or advertisement. These technologies allow your browser to recognize and store certain types of information such as cookies previously set, the time and date that you viewed the page with the beacon and a description of that page.
Malware/Spyware/Viruses: Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.
Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features. Choice/Opt-Out: The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list in order to discontinue any such future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set forth within the communications you receive from the Company which you no longer wish to receive. Security: Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, The Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet. By transmitting any such information to the Company, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
